Privacy policy

Controller and scope

The controller is Santi Torre, a self-employed individual established in Spain. Address: Calle Cuesta de Hita 10, 19005 Guadalajara, España. Privacy enquiries and rights requests: info@simuily.com. Simuily is the trading name. This policy covers site processing and received enquiries.

Email enquiries

We use the email address, optional name and message to respond to voluntary enquiries. The basis is the legitimate interest in answering the person who asks for information (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), limited to handling that enquiry; retention required by law is based on Article 6(1)(c). Sensitive data are not requested and senders are not subscribed to a newsletter. Email hosting is provided through BanaHosting.

Personal data provided by email will be retained for as long as necessary to address and conclude the enquiry. Once it has been resolved, the messages will be deleted, unless a legal retention obligation applies or certain information needs to be retained to address potential liabilities. The owner deletes the messages manually; there is no automatic deletion system. Immediate deletion of backups managed by BanaHosting is not guaranteed: its terms and backup retention cycles remain to be verified.

Hosting and technical logs

BanaHosting provides web and email hosting. The owner confirms a server contracted in Europe; this does not establish that all access, subprocessors or processing remain within the EEA. Its public documentation describes IP, request and browser logs for security and diagnostics, rotation cycles and infrastructure in Europe and the United States. The applicable contract, contracting entity, effective locations, safeguards for possible transfers and actual log and backup cycles have not been verified for this service. No unverified fixed periods or contractual guarantees are stated. See BanaHosting’s privacy information.

Google and statistics

Google Analytics and Search Console are connected through Site Kit. Analytics measures site use and provides statistics about navigation, pages, devices and technical identifiers. The visible settings include enhanced measurement and plugin conversion tracking. Statistical technologies requiring consent rely on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Search Console is used to manage the site’s presence in search results; it is not a proprietary database of email enquiries. Google receives service data according to the effective configuration. Analytics property retention and behaviour before consent require additional verification; Analytics is not described as disabled. See Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies and consent

Complianz Free manages the banner and existing dynamic cookie policy. You can accept, reject and reopen preferences using “Manage consent” in the footer. The recorded scan is dated 7 October 2026 and the free version limits coverage to 50 publications. The inventory still contains items whose purposes are pending investigation; these need verification before this policy can be finalised. The inventory is not replaced with a manual list, and a banner installation is not presented as a compliance guarantee.

Calculators and shared links

Under the declared architecture, calculations run in the browser without saving results in an owned database. This does not exclude technical logs or other integrations. Some tools encode scenarios in URL fragments; recipients can view the shared values. Fragments are not sent in normal HTTP requests, but browser scripts can read them. Avoid unnecessary personal data in shared scenarios.

Pending advertising

The AdSense application is pending; advertising is not represented as actually deployed. Loaded scripts require investigation and description according to their real behaviour. Before monetisation, update this policy, cookie inventory and appropriate consent/CMP configuration. No affiliate activity or sponsorship is currently declared.

Recipients, security and retention

There is no public registration, newsletter, paid service or affiliate programme. Hosting, email and statistics providers process the information described, and disclosures may be required by law. The site uses HTTPS, but zero risk is not guaranteed. Email retention follows the clause above; actual criteria for other processing and provider contractual safeguards need verification. Sending an email is not required to use the calculators.

Rights and complaints

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable at info@simuily.com. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Identity will be checked proportionately where needed, without systematically demanding an identity document. You can complain to the Spanish AEPD. Calculators provide indicative results and do not take decisions with legal effects on you. Content last reviewed: 8 October 2026.
